TTRPG in Progress - Knights in White Satin 2

TTRPG in Progress - Knights in White Satin 2

Mel is still plugging away at Knights in White Satin. She sketched out a ton of concept art, a dungeon map, and we have playtesting scheduled. I'm stoked to finally take a shot at this thing, and get a chance to play a little more Shadowdark. I'm really interested to see how the light and poetry elements come into play.

Mel is doing the cover and back of Knights in White Satin as acrylic paintings. She is debating between digital illustrations, or gouache & ink for the inside art. What do you think? Go check out some of the sketches on her Bluesky account.

Projects on the backburner:

Altoid Tin Games - No big update since the last post. These are well-playtested, and mostly ready to go. I think once Knights In White Satin comes out, we'll be able to get this released fairly quickly. Currently debating also doing an upgrade of L.O.S.E.R. along with the other planned settings.

BEHOLD - Still solidly on the backburner, but happy with the rules at least. Only new thing is that Mel said we should make the intro adventure hospital themed, Behold E.R. I'm sold on it.

Ska Game - Alright, I'm definitely just gonna call this Pick It Up. I got an idea for how the ruleset will work, and now just need a more solid idea for the included adventure. I want to touch on different waves and subgenres, so time traveling musician? Music festival stages as maps? Do I want to mix this with sci fi? (Always yes on the last point)

And that's it for new stuff. We had kind of a slow month because we had a pipe freeze and burst! Stinkin' home repairs. We also picked up quite a few events coming up! Most stoked for Arcane Con and Katahdin Con in October! We love any excuse to go to New England to visit our friends up that way.

We were also on a podcast! We were interviewed by That RPG Podcast, and put together a little Valentine/goose themed adventure!
